I crafted this black engagement ring from darkened palladium gold and a magnificent salt and pepper diamond, giving the classic engagement ring a unique edge. This effect is enhanced by fantasy-style forest ornaments and a rich texture.
This is a perfect alternative for women who don’t appreciate gold in its classic form. The use of dark palladium gold and a richly textured black rhodium plating give the ring a more blackened silver feel while retaining the noble properties of 14k gold.
This magnificent and unique natural diamond, flecked with black, evokes starry galaxies.
The design can be created with a black diamond; the salt and pepper diamond version takes on a unique and noble character.
The natural diamond weighs 1 ct, and the rosette diameter is approximately 5.5 mm. It weighs 2.1 g.
The cut creates a retro feel, emphasizing the charm of dark diamonds and allowing for a deeper insight into their rich microcosm.

I made this black engagement ring using traditional goldsmithing techniques, without the use of molds or castings.
